This taxi was booked for us by the hotel and we did not know at that time that it was not a local taxi from Amboise

➕   The taxi was in good time and was clean. The driver was pleasant and helpful

➖   We used this company while staying at the Novotel in Amboise. We only wanted to go from the Novotel to Amboise centre and on the outward journey we paid 17€ which seemed high compared with the distance.
When it returned for us - at the driver's suggestion - we were charged 27€. The reason given was that it was later in the evening (about 21:00 hrs)
We were not told the cost would be so much higher when the driver said to ring him for a return.
